A one-on-one session in which Kathy will guide you through The 1-Page Solution, working with you to uncover the things that are holding you back, gain clarity and insight. It will kick start your ability to see situations from many different perspectives. Once we become stuck in a problem, it’s often difficult to stop the vicious cycle of the mind. This is a simple and straightforward approach to becoming unstuck.

The Grid For Humanity or The Grid For Alcoholism/Addiction

A two hour+ one-on-one session in which Kathy will guide you through The Grid, working with you to uncover the things that are holding you back, discover new solutions, and make peace with your past.  Kathy brings 37 years of experience with this approach.
