Founder

KATHY DEANE has been involved with recovery for over three decades.  In 2011 she founded and created “The Grid” Process as a means to bring recovery principles into the lives of many.

Over the course of the past seven years, Kathy has refined this technique through teaching thousands of people in and out of the world of recovery.  Clients span the spectrum across leadership, organizational, socio-economic, ethnic and personal backgrounds.

She’s written two books, the Grid For Humanity and the original text The Grid For Alcoholism/Addiction. She has successfully integrated The Grid Program into numerous institutions both in and out of addiction recovery including, but not limited to Alcohol and Drug Treatment Centers, State Prisons, The Veteran's Administration, Church and Organizational Groups, Weekly Grid for Humanity meetings and one on one sessions.
